Atty. Joseph B. Sia has been in the practice of law for twenty-seven (27) years. As a seasoned litigator, his practice areas focus mainly on criminal, civil and labor law.

Atty. Sia obtained his undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Management and his Juris Doctor degree from the Far Eastern University.

He started his legal career as the City Legal Officer III of the Office of City Legal – Quezon City in 1992 and later became City Legal Officer IV in 1995. In 1996, he worked at the Public Attorney’s Office until he retired in September 2022.
